By the end of this album I had realized how much of it was about my emotional problems and struggles. I decided to write a farewell song to my sad, sappy material and create light for a new era of myself. I titled the album this because most of these songs are not as coherent or selfless as I'd like them to be. But then again I wasn't very coherent or selfless when I wrote them. In the end I realized that no matter how fucked I feel that I am privileged to have the friends and family I have. I wrote this song at my mothers house in Las Vegas and we made the song in the studio a few days later officially adding our last song to the album. I hope you enjoyed it :)

It's hard to see what exactly is bothering me. With all these wounds wide open. So I'll buy a needle and thread at the cheapest place I can find it. And I'll sew myself back together.

It's easy to see bad times have been defining me, but these good times carry me on. Singing these songs with my friends singing along is all of the wealth I need. And it don't cost a thing!
